This is the registration form for Coed Grass 4's Volleyball on Monday nights. The league takes place at the Haysboro Community Association for 8 weeks on Monday evenings, 6:30-8:30 PM, from June 29th to August 17th. There is also possible play on August 24th if a previous night is lost to weather. We kindly ask that you only fill out this form once per team--it will be the captain's responsibility to coordinate team fees, waiver signings, and dispersal of league announcements.

Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee a spot in the league--there are only 16 spots, and they are first-come-first-served. If you are one of the first 16 registrants, you will receive an email from tworiversvb@gmail.com with instructions for submitting a $20 deposit to hold your spot. This deposit will be refundable before Monday, June 1st, and will be counted towards your final registration cost. More information about this deposit and how to submit it will be provided in the email confirming your registration, and you can contact us via email or through Instagram (@tworiversvb) if you have any questions!

Lastly, filling out this form after the first 16 spots are filled will automatically place you on the wait list for Monday nights. You will be notified that you are on the waiting list, and if/when a spot opens up, you will be notified in the order of the waitlist.
